Eggs 'N Things Heads West for Fourth Oahu Restaurant
Eggs ‘N Things, whose original Waikiki breakfast restaurants routinely have lines out the door, is opening its fourth location at Ko Olina Center, across from Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa at Ko Olina Resort.
Eggs ‘N Things will open in the space currently occupied by Sushi YuZu, whose lease expires at the end of this month. Construction on the 1,558-square-foot space will start after the new year, according to Chris Yaris of the Beall Corp., who represented Ko Olina Center in the transaction.
Eggs ‘N Things will join Just Tacos, Ko Olina Hawaiian Bar-B-Que and Pizza Corner at Ko Olina Center, which is next door to Ko Olina Station, where there is a Monkeypod Kitchen by Merriman restaurant.
Eggs ‘N Things, which was founded in 1974 by Jan and Jerry Fukunaga, moved to its current flagship location on Saratoga Road in Waikiki in 2008.
